registration fees
The online registration has been closed. Onsite registration before or during the conference will still be possible, but only payments in cash are accepted.

The one-year ISMIR membership fee is included in the registration fee. An ISMIR member has voting privileges and is eligible to be an officer of the society.
In order to qualify for the Student Fee, you must fax a copy of your student registration card, or a letter signed by your supervisor, to the organisers at the time of registration. Address information is available on the Online Registration Page.
Conference participants can reserve student housing in Utrecht University student accommodation (subject to availability) through the Online Registration Page. Please notice that these are not hotel rooms. Rooms are rented by the week, i.e. from Saturday 7 August (but you can collect the key on a later date) to Friday 13 August. As of 16 July, student housing is no longer available. For links to other accommodation options see the accommodation page.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee of 50 € before 23:59 (GMT+1) of 30 June, 2010. Nothing will be refunded from 1 July, 2010.
